You sign up to receive our newsletter and other information about us and our products

When you subscribe to receiving our newsletter and other information from us, we may process your name, email-address, and other identification details provided by you.

You send requests or contact us via a contact form on the website

When you contact us or send us an inquiry via a contact form on the website, we process the personal data that you write in the form, such as your name, email-address, work address and any personal data included in free text fields. Do not include any sensitive information in the free text fields, such as information about your health, or any details about other persons.

We will use the personal data you have sent us to respond to your inquiry.

Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (f).

You access our webshop

When you use our webshop for instance by creating an account and/or ordering products from us in your own name or on behalf of your employer, you provide details such as your name, email-address, company belonging and job title.

We use your personal data to create and manage your webshop account, to fulfil and follow up on orders, and to communicate with you about the account and the orders placed by you.

Our legal basis for this is that the processing is necessary for (1) the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (b); (2) compliance with our legal obligations relating for instance to accounting rules and trade sanctions laws, cf. Your personal data will be stored by Pharmacosmos A/S, or a third-party hosting provider contracted by us, and will be safeguarded by technical and organizational measures to protect them from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.

When needed for the purposes set out herein, we may also share your personal data with our affiliated companies, business partners or third party service providers who deliver services to us.

These include Piwik PRO because we use the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite as described above, and Microsoft, because we use the service Azure Online Services for hosting this website and for storing information captured.

We may also share your personal data with relevant public authorities, if required by applicable law.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA

If your personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure that such transfer is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

Transfers to our affiliated companies in countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection will be based on our Intra-Group Agreement including the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Transfers to third parties in countries not ensuring an adequate level of data protection will be protected by appropriate safeguards, including conclusion of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
