Description
The GPC standard dextran kit consists of 10 separate standards for universal calibration, calibration of aqueous GPC chromatography systems and molecular weight determination. The vial size of each standard is 0.8 g.
Specification
Each GPC standard has been characterized analytically by means of:
• Low Angle Laser Light Scattering (LALLS)
• Reducing End Group Titration (EGT)
• Gel permeation chromatography (GPC)
• Viscosity measurement at 25°C (Visc.)
The molecular weight specifications for all GPC standards are provided in the following tables, i.e.:
• Number average molecular weight Mn
• Weight average molecular weight Mw
• Mean peak molecular weight Mp
• Polydispersity Mw/ Mn
In addition, the GPC standards are supplied with differential and integral molecular weight distributions in both graphical and tabular forms.
